Lunga is the star of the show. Warm and heartily service. Love the African theme of the Guest house. Rooms are clean and classy. Beds are soft and comfortable. Hipster vibe going down the street with cool shops and restaurants.

The booking process was efficient, family room was exactly as expected. Close to shops, restaurants. Felt safe walking in the neighbourhood. Staff professional,welcoming and we're happy to oblige with my many requests.

This is a hidden gem in Johannesburg. The term “guest house” underestimates the excellency of this location. Upon entering, you will discover a large inner court which is maintained perfectly by the outstandingly lovely staff and every detail of the place is well taken care of. The rooms are tidy and individualised in a splendid manner and you won’t lack anything here.
I can’t emphasise enough how helpful, professional and welcoming the employees are. In addition, several key locations of the area are within walking distance. The area is safe and with lush vegetation and you won’t regret being here.

Stayed with 2 friends and got a great room with two single beds and one king. Would've put 5 stars but the info we were given for a walking tour was lacking. We were told it started at Park Station, but didn't know where specifically as the station was pretty big. We ended up missing the tour cause we couldn't find it. Staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was filling, delicious, and free!
