Always up to standard. The food is always freshly prepared. Waiting time is never long so whether you're in for a quick bite or sit down its ideal for you and your family. Unlimited drinks but unfortunately no play area for kids. The restrooms are always clean and staff are always friendly.

Quite simply the worst service that I have ever seen. Utterly atrocious 'Customer Service' from the outset, and I am still waiting for the Buy One Get One Free 'offer' to this very day.

Avoid like the Plague.

Well it is good, you will find the burger for you. Always served fresh, tasty!
They have greater operating hours (9:00 am to 10:00 pm) everyday of the week.
Take away are available and they only sell HALLAL food. I am not sure if they make deliveries.
Prices we think are reasonable for the quality and the amount of food you will get.

I regularly buy from Burger King Fordsburg, but as of late the standard of service has dropped, not all staff members but tonight particular the cashier was disinterested in assisting, she screamed loudly for another co-worker who was standing at the door which wasn't necessary and the store had quite a few flying ants, which is a hazard when it comes to an eatery, whether they were at the kitchen area as well I did not check and the same cashier didnt care that the store was filled with the ants as she just carried on being ignorant, so basically that's my gripe for tonight, service and cleanliness needs to be revamped.

Food is acceptable at this chain restaurant, however the staff here is not very friendly nor helpful. They talk to each other while taking customer's orders and only pay attention when they're done with their own conversations, without apology! Plain disrespectful!

Was disappointed with the cashier service. I ordered a Big King Chicken and was given a beef then when I went to ask the Cashier to please have it exchanged she asked me in an attitude why didn't I reconfirm with her on what was ordered. Didn't know that was my job to do. She seemed upset to have the meal returned.

Never ever experienced such service!!! I had to wait 2 hours and had to swipe twice for a meal just because the manager didn't believe that the money had gone through...even after calling my bank to confirm this.Now I have to claim my money back from the bank...like really???? Word of advice NEVER swipe at that place otherwise you will regret it. I regret eating there. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
