Ordered onion rings and a burger
They came but but they were not onion rings
They were just plain dough rings with no onions in them
When queried where the onions were in the rings they said that's how they come and showed me the packet
I broke open the rings supplied and proved to them that there was no onion in the rings
Even took photos and sent them to Burger King
BURGER KING still has not responded on any way chosing to ignore the complaint
That was in the 27th April 2022 when my daughter took my wife and I out for lunch we have been many times to Burger King and ordered onion rings each time
This was the first time that we had onion rings with no onions

Ordered at the drive through. Was then told to move to parking to wait for order. 15min later walked in to find out where my order was. Took them 5 min to put together. They gave me order. They forgot a portion of chicken tenders, wait 2min for that.
Left annoyed at the efficiency, only to find out they left out a portion of chips and the 3 sauces for tenders. Not cool.

Shop is full stuff is clueless how to help them and uber/mr D drivers unattended pulling you need +1 hour to enter and leave the terrible service offered

This store always seems to have issues with order fulfillment. There is no logical explanation why the orders take so long. Also it seems that they ignore the delivery services with delivery riders waiting inordinate amounts of time for simple orders. Management is a concern here, as it looks like there is none here.

This has been my best BK store. But Today I walked in, order 3 ice cream cones, waited 30mins for that order. Only to find 3 staff working in the whole store, to my disbelief while waiting for my order, the forth staff member walks in so drunk wanting to serve customers. How was he even allowed in the store looking like that. Very disappointing with the service recieved!!

How many opportunities does this place need! Again no BBQ sauce no ice cream cones in stock until you make a fuss then they miraculously find some. Attitude of the staff at the windows not great. Oh and the lady at the first window was so disinterested that she forgot I hadn’t paid until I reminded her. Really need to get there house in order

Friendly staff. The burger tasted burned. The place was too loud I couldn't hear when my order was called out. I waited for too long in the que. I also noticed that uber people stood there for over 30 minutes waiting for orders
