Had the misfortune of going to this shopping centre. I saw this shop called Panda full of clothes. I went into the shop and bought three tops. I asked the sales lady if I could return the clothes if they did not fit. She said yes . Two of the tops did not fit so I returned to the shop . The sales lady would not return my money. A huge argument ensued. After I called the Centre Management and a lot of performing I was given the refund.
While I was in the shop I noticed a lot of counterfeit goods been sold too.
The manager of the Centre named Steven handled the episode very well. These Chinese shop owners should be forced to follow the law in regard to return policies.
I also went to Mug and Bean. The food was very good.
Norwood Mall used to be a lovely shopping centre. Not so anymore .
I will not go there again.

Essentially useful for those who reside around Louis Botha, Orange grove and Norwood. Neat, central and has the main shops for all family needs.
Wish they could have a game center and use the space next to it as a family center with. Occasional function to entertain those residing around.

Is a nice and clean mall. Full of space and lights, the only challenge that I faced was with fast food stores there's not a variety to choose from and all the famous restaurants are not there like your debonairs pizza, kfc and so on. The only meal that I enjoyed there was burger King. Overall the customer service received at some of the service provides that they have was exceptional or even outstanding because it was the best service I ever got from the two places I visited which was capitec bank and Telkom mobile store. The people who work there are so friendly and welcoming, they made me feel like a valued customer and I would definitely suggest that my friends and relatives should go there if ever they might need assistance with service delivery. ???? but they have to drive though because there is no taxi rank at the mall or near the mall so is either you request a ride or you have you car ready foe visiting this small yet amazing mall.

The moment I got in to the mall there was an incident with a guy who took something from an old woman, I'd advice people to hang on a little tight to their belongings. Security guards are helpful and alert.

Laid back shopping experience. Low density clean mall. Ample open and covered parking for one's convenience.
