The place is clean, the breakfast was nice and the people are friendly.

The room was cold, and they use a gas geyser to heat the water, after letting water run for ages it became less cold so I took the chance and showered semi cold before it gets worse or better… you never know what you get with a gas geyser and that is terrible. Water never warmed up. I showered cold.

You don’t get free wifi, there is some code system and the code is not in the room, if you arrive late you can’t get internet. There an internet cafe that is open 24 hours, but don’t expect an easy access to free wifi.
The place is old and run down.

For the price you pay, I don’t think you get value for money.

The cottage had no warm water, the pipes were full of rust, the bathroom was dirty and there was no coffee and tea as well. Very disappointed in a place that's rated a 4 star guesthouse.

The rooms are rather reasonable for the price and are well equipped with everything you need. I would however recommend that they change the bedding after every guest: the pillows and throw were dirty, the donkey blanket was itchy and smelly, the coffee mugs were also dirty. The management should really consider modernising the rooms.

Great place - used it as a getting ready venue for a wedding and the staff went above and beyond to help us.

Nice family business Bu0026B, quiet place in the green, there's pools, free WiFi, convenient location. Reasonable prices, cottage feel, so would recommend.

Nice garden... Rooms cold in winter... Great staff (Deliwe makes great poached eggs for breakfast, Ebe is the delightful driver and Veronica has lots of great suggestions for things to do)... WiFi patchy
