This is one of my worst stays. No toilet paper or towels. Half the time there was no electricity. No hot water. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Reception declines calls. Dirty bedding. Never waste your money here.

Warm water was not there , had to ask for help. Otherwise the room by reception is not ideal. That smell of onion at 6.30am is a concern.

The worst hotel ever.I am so disappointed to such that all the good reviews written about them,they wrote it themselves.Booked for three days and never had electricity from day 1and by that time the don’t even blankets to cater for guests , imagine in this cold weather.All you hear is excuses after excuses and apparently this is the problem they are aware of since they started operating,seems like the electricity is bridged.M soooo disappointed.I just threw my money in the bin by staying her

I enjoyed my stay here, although out of town, need 70 to 90 rand on Uber. In terms of quality of room, it's on par with 4 to 5 star places. However, am told they charge breakfast separately. It's a shame. I booked online and this was not clearly indicated on the website. I would definitely use them again especially if I want a quiet and comfortable stay.

The guy at the reception was kind and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable.
The only issue we had was that there was no hot water to shower.
Everything else was top class.

I would not mind to stay over again

It was OK! The staff were courteous. The Hotel itself is nice, but the neighbourhood was not what I had anticipated. It was convenient because it was very close to one of my stop overs in Johannesburg!
