It was amazing visiting this house and learning about the adventures of Gandhi and kallenbach. The house is super neat and well thought out!. Good to get a little bit of the history of Joburg as you go through the house.

It was in a very peaceful green setting and immediately made me feel calm. The accommodation is fairly primitive, in keeping with the time period and the information about Gandhi well set out and easy to assimilate. Lovely photos of his family, friends, work and travels.

This is a wonderful place! We came from Russia and really wanted to visit it. How lucky that it was open to the public. The staff is very friendly, we enjoyed communicating with them. Here you can learn a lot of details about Gandhi's life and just have a good time, since the museum's territory is a pleasant garden with flowering trees and benches for a relaxing. Thank you for this place!

Good place to visit if you want to know Gandhi’s life in South Africa. Lots of history. Can spend at least 2 hours learning and reading about him. There’ll be a guide explaining his life in SAF for 15 minuets and then you’re free to stay around and learn as much as you want. I heard a lot of about the meals there but be aware that you have to book in advance to be able to have a meal there. Very well maintained place. Also offers lodging for folks who want to stay over night. 5 star.

I have been waiting years to visit Satyagraha house and was not disappointed. The feeling was being in a different vibration. It was peaceful pure and light. The staff were all so kind and helpful. It was an uplifting experience. Thank you.
