DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! OMG! I got an OLD, DRY, TINY piece of chicken in my box master. I could NOT BITE it!!! Its rock hard. I'm so disappointed, absolutely disgusting. I paid for a fresh meal. STOP keeping old stock and reheat it 5 times and sell it in takeaways!!

The ice cream machine needs to be checked out. The ice cream was given to us already melting and has some sort of light yellow hue to it, I couldn't really enjoy.

This is the worst experience ever, I went to the drive thru. They told me it will take 12 minutes for the meat to be ready, well I didn't have a problem they said I should wait at the parking for my food afterwards the shop closed . I went in to find out what's happening. They had sold my food to another customer. And they was no food left.. I'm reporting this to customer care in the morning

I ordered All Star Lunch Box Buddy which comes out with Crunch Burger, 1 piece of original recipe chicken, 2 Zinger Wings, Small Chips, Small Drink, but I got missing things. I didnt get my two zinger wings and the chips where half done. I asked for the tomato to be removed but no instructions where followed .Orange Grove kfc must be closed. No communication was given to me about the zinger wings or have putted something to replace my wings. Im really not happy. I paid a full amount for a short order. The staff has an attitude with no help. Dont waste your time and money coming here,very slow and rude service. The give you what they want not what you pay for.

I seldom get to go here, but when I'm I the area I got out of my way to have my lunch here.The chicken is always fantastic, the restroom is always clean and the service from the staff is a+

Quality of the chicken is pathetic! Whatever happened to the spicy and crust. The chips were hard.

So they decide not to ring it up and not to tell us...
Then 4 staff members on lunch.. and another 3 offloading a delivery truck.. only 2 staff serving customers in the shop. Including manning the drive through
