Wonderful customer service from Romanah! Haven’t had customer service like this in a long time. She is so lovely, caring, and professional. My ring was broken and didn’t fit me right at all, their awesome team fixed it and it looks brand new and fits me perfectly! If I could rate more stars, I would. Thank you so much! ????

The best service I have ever had.
Arina was amazing!!! She designed an amazing ring and it came out absolutely beautiful. She goes over and beyond to make her clients happy. She helps with more than just designing rings, she also helps with advice for weddings and more.

I definitely recommend this company and Arina. They are truly amazing

They exceeded my expectations beyond words!! I gave them something precious to give some TLC that means a lot to me and the results is wonderful. From the first day on they handled everything professionally and kept me updated at all times. It was definitely worth the wait. I cannot express how grateful I am with Romanah and the team!! I highly recommend Cassims u0026 Co, they custom made my wedding ring according to my specifications, and omg! the ring it absolutely beautiful!!
I am so happy with quality and attention to detail of the ring. Mohammed assist me and kept me update throughout the process. The ring was complete within 2 weeks. Excellent service.
