Covid friendly, neat and clean, food takes abit long to arrive but when you eat it, it's worth every bite. Portions are quite big, value for money

Besides the fact that order notes requesting dried chilli powder sachets/tubs are never listened too (on every single occasion, even though other simply asia branches do give this as an extra condiment), today was the last straw where the food tasted so bland, flavourless and the tofu tasted strange. So disappointing that every consequent delivery has declined in terms of quality.

Was here on Friday night and although the food was excellent, the service was terrible. Every time I needed something from my waiter, I had to get up from my table to call them. They had no level of interest or attention. The manager was talking on her phone when I went to ask for her help and she didn't once come around to check on us. We were also given the wrong order which though was rectified, came with no apology. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially since the food was so good that we would love to go back. Maybe delivery is the solution!

Terrible service and dirty restaurant.
The staff have no sort of interest in seeing if you need anything. The tables are so greasy and no one bothers to clean it even if it's pointed out.

The service was good but the sushi rice was hard and difficult to eat. Overall the meal wasn't great.
