One would have justifiably assumed that, given the tough trading conditions, that entrepreneurs would enhance service and ensure better value to their clients-not the case with this Pizza Perfect, I am afraid! Ordered a vegetarian pizza to be delivered at a R15 delivery fee, received it 45 minutes later and was cold! To add insult to injury, the topping was disappointing, the covering of cheese don't reach the edges, a few olives, a few shreds of mushroom and if you look carefully you might find pieces of green pepper. All that for R95 excluding delivery. Mediocre, to say the least, nothing perfect about this pizza.

Ordered a 40cm sub @R118 expecting a decently topped sub with chicken mushroom u0026 cheese, instead I received a French loaf with tomato based sauce and 5 tiny pieces of chicken!?!? Does this justify the price you charge??? Disgusted and disappointed

Update 10 June: Ordered a pizza for delivery after an hour of waiting still nothing. Called the shop they knew nothing about my order. At 1h20m they call to say we'll make another pizza and send it which means another 25m wait. I told them to cancel the other. At 1h30m the first delivery guy pitches up like nothing is wrong. This place keeps disappointing. Why doesn't head office check up on this branch. Don't recommend

Update: ordered another pizza for delivery. It came an hour later and was cold when it arrived.

Waited 50 mins for a pizza that was burnt. Don't recommend.

I understand month end is busy. But you need to plan accordingly and expect a busy night. Your staff are stressed and overwhelmed and because of that, they're rude.

Made big mistake of ordering two pizzas through the app on 18th of March. Food never arrived, money's gone.

I am so upset and disappointed. My family and I decided to order pizza for new years eve for our game night. Our order was taken I was told it was hand written because the computers weren't working. My 3 pizza's arrive none have the extras we asked for. All 3 to have had extra cheese and avo. The spare rib extra pineapple. No extras on not 1 pizza this is really unacceptable service.
Why aren't the delivery orders double checked before they leave the store?? Yes the driver brought the change for the extras but we spent over R500 on something we didn't enjoy. That was the last time we waste our money at pizza perfect.

The last time we ordered we got the completely wrong order and waited over 2 hours.

Service is definitely not a priority.
