Poor day in the office for mimmos today?
Usually mimmos is a safe bet for great pizza and pretty friendly and attentive staff. On arrival the store was fairly quiet, single table outside, 2/3 tables inside.
On entry, I had to scout the shop floor to find someone to assist, however was unsuccessful and resided to wait at the tellers counter. After a minute or 2 of the kitchen and bar staff stairing at me wondering themselves whats happening, a store manager came out the back. I assumed I would be assisted, however did that not happen.
A waiter there after saw and came to assist, she was friendly and navigated myself and a another take away order at the same time.
I ordered 2 pizzas and a beer to help the day go down. After wating a while sitting outside I wondered where my beer was. I headed inside to find the waiter aimlessly scrolling through her phone. Shocked to see me she, rushing to grab the beer.
Once the pizzas arrived, I thought time to head home after a long day and enjoy. How disappointed we were , pizza bases were partially cooked, and only about 1/4 of the pizzas actually cut.
I will return as the service and quality of the food is usually great. However today wasn't their day.
