This branch is by far the best i visited. Service is exceptionally good. Food is fresh.
Such pleasant place to eat.

Was at the Phoenix branch where I stood listening to the person whom I think is the manager screaming and tell customers to take they money and leave as customers complain about they long wait and Mr D being served first. I did a telephonic oder for pickup get there 45mins later oder not done, wait another 15mins to come home to a meal fit for a animal... I wish the owner and his family gets service like this only then he would understand people's anger...

At 21:50 enter the drive through and getting told nothing to sell..Wow is that what Alberton new market Chicken licken is treating there klients.Well then we will support KFC..Thanks for showing me away.take my business somewhere else...

Bad. I only went past because it was the closest store. I only asked to use their customer restroom and was told that I can't unless I ordered something. I never met a such rude store manager in my life. I wouldn't complain about such petty things but what happened today was beyond disappointing. You could be dying and bleeding to death and they still won't help you.

They really can do better. I know they can. It really depends on the time you go there. If it's quite. You get the best foot and sometimes good service

The reason for me not wanting any other chicken licken is because with this one it's never too salty (we all know they can be very salty) and always fresh, their service is okay no attitude or anything of that sort

What an interesting drive through and experience... Staff is super friendly and food was fresh and delicious as usual
