Terrible experience at Gold reef city Steers.....old oil! No serviettes! No salt! No SALT!??? KFC next door kindly provided me with those. Portion of burger tasted like cleaning chemicals, I had to throw it away. URGENTLY CHANGE MANAGEMENT or shut the place down. I will never go there again

They’re using old cooking oil. The patty was burnt and the food made me sick. Worst Steers experience ever.

Awful service ... 1 cashier ... long queue ...
After 10min in queue I'm told NO ICE CREAM why not post a notice saying there no ice cream ...then I asked for Tex u0026 Caramel as per poster false advertising the cup on advert looks like 350ml actual cup looked like 175ml ...
