I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service I received today. I have always been a loyal client and only made use if your expertise over the years. Even thought I had no formal appointment, I was the first client in your store this morning and expected to be served in a professional manner. You overlooked my safety knowing that my taillight was not working and served multiple people over me as and when they arrived. After 1.5 hours I decided to leave your store. You didn't even have the decency to apologies for the inconvenience. Not the type of service i have received from you in the past hense I'm writing this article. It is hard to retain loyal clients....
