15 out of 10 experience. Absolutely amazing. The day we return to Joburg it's our direct stay. Amazing reception, clean rooms, no hustle just a beautiful experience.
Did I mention amazing receptionists?

Nice stay here for 3 nights. Enjoyed the breakfast service as well. Choice of hot options and continental/quick cold items. Cute environment, conveniently located across the street from The Marc Mall. Large rooms/suites suitable for families.

Beautiful place love their kitchen knoock best break fast ever.
The down side is their cleaning staff they stole my pants and the receptionist enable them.

I can confirm this cause i called them immediately after i left the hotel, to tell them that i left my pants in the wardrobe the lady said she will call me back she is finding out from room service, the reception lady never bothered to call me. I waited from 10 am til 7pm then i called later on she had knocked off. Worse she left no message with the next shift. Then called sibusiso who was helpful and told me nothing is there no one left any thing not even a message.
I took the liberty to go back and guess what the lady had no sense of urgency not apologetic nothing. Nor did they tell me what i need to do in order to launch a formal investigation or complaint. They just looked at me with a smug on their faces like oh well tough cookies.
