Pathetic service!!????????
I have personally notified the Manager a year ago about the incorrect TRADING HOURS on Google Maps and he has done nothing about it.

There is no indication of any TRADING HOURS on their website and if you find the trading hours on Google Maps you will be misled by the information provided.

It's unfortunate that this Bank is still open.
I drove all the way to Sandton for nothing just to be told the Bank is closed.
"TRADING HOURS: Mon - Fri 9:00 » 15:30"

I have tried to contact Citibank by phone more than once with absolutely no joy. Very frustrating.

Pathetic they take 72hrs to receive money to other international banks in South Africa that's very bad service they don't call you back they ignore calls

Such poor service. Reception always transfers to recipients that hang up and are not willing to assist. Such pathetic customer services!!

I was looking for help regarding with wrong payment that I made so they can rerverd it. No they can't help me just because m poor.

No bank personal (or even business) accounts can be opened there. Only mega companies can open accounts there. But the staff is friendly, patient and helpful.

Citibank used to have a good service but now if you send an email asking for something, you have To wait for weeks or months to get it,WHAT IS GOING ON? NO REPLY NOTHING!! :(
