Visited this branch a few times before but the quality has dropped drastically.
We were the only other table but the drinks still took a little long to be served. Only after 10 minutes from placing our order, did the waitress inform us that they were out of avocado. We proceeded to change the affected order and when the food finally arrived, I was disgusted to find a hair within my first cut into the dish. Thinking to overlook this single hair which I removed, I was shocked to find another two hairs in the dish. We called the manager to address this issue and was even more disgusted with how the whole situation was handled. She was unapologetic, and stated that “It is none of our staffs’ hairs.”, and implied that we had added the hairs ourselves. No resolution was offered and no apology was received. We had no choice but to leave the restaurant thereafter.
I am at an absolute loss for words at the type of customer service and food preparation hygiene practices going on this Knead. We won’t be back.
