Have always had a great experience dining here.

The food is done to perfection with the cheddarmelt steak and nachos being my favourite.

The waiters are pleasant and helpful and the manager personally comes to check in on you about twice through your meal.

First of all a compliments to Miss Penny, the manager. Her hospitality was amazing. I think the only best things happened to this spur. We need more people like her who is so welcoming and humble.

My first visit to this spur was not nice at all but Penny rrinvited my family and made it an amazing experience. We had very same order with Steak and chicken wings. Surprisingly,this time it was nice and soft and juicy. chicken wing was still little dry and hard and very vinegary. Everything else was great.

This Spur has always been good, since my last visit over a year ago it has improved dramatically. The food is delicious, prepared and packed with care. Takeaways in particular are packed with extra care. However, like every culinary business in South Africa, there are waiters who will successfully steal money from you if you do not pay close attention to your bill.

In San Antonio Spur's case, the takeaway waitress. I would write her name, but it is not on the slip. Ordered two chicken strips starters. It should cost R139,80 the total came to R173,80. I questioned it, and she gave a lame excuse of inserting a breakfast by mistake. She looked sheepish (probably because she was caught out) with a dose of annoyance (probably due to her entitlement).

I cannot stress it enough. CHECK YOUR SLIP BEFORE YOU PAY! This goes for everywhere where you purchase food (especially Sandton City). This is not the first attempt in Sandton City.

I will add that my previous week's visit I received exceptional food and service. The thieving seems to occur in isolation.

Hands down thee best Spur we've eaten at. I loved the sanitizer spray on each table, the safety measures when your child goes to the play area (tagging and wristbands), and the fact that the kitchen staff know the difference between medium and well-done, oh and to bring sour cream with the baked potato without me having to ask for it. Excellent service and great food

The play area is small but does the job. Service is excellent and they're quick with the food. The food itself is also amazing. The crumbed mushrooms and wings was the highlight for me. I've been there a few times already and I have not been disappointed.

Great service and experience overall. Movies ???? and in particular, the refreshments area was packed. Had 10 mins to watch my movie and was starved! Spur sandton city were very accommodating, table and immediate service. Good meal too. Recommend this spot to families or couples going on a movie date night ????????
