You can see my honset review in the paragraph below, the staff are amazing but the procedure and management is absolutely useless and ungelpful. It is also a warning to all my fellow Gym goers, please be very careful of your personal belongings. While I was in the shower, a thief broke the lock and stole my valuable items from the locker. I asked the manager to check the cameras but they refused. They said there is a procedure to follow and they simply cannot help me. the funny part is that when I arrived home and checked Google, my phone was still in the Gym and a few moment later the thief turned it off. should they willing to help me we could catch the guy. I am completely disappointed with the management and the way they could not simply help a victim. please be very careful, you have no help there.

I expect a manager to contact me if they care.

I use this gym for more than 3 years now. The staff are amazing, helpful and caring. The gym is clean and personnel do their best effort to sanitise and clean equipment and general facilities.

Stellar Club and Staff! On a business trip from Cape Town. The team were incredibly accommodating by helping me not break routine and access their gym. This gesture speaks volumes of both the club, the management team and the guys on the ground. Well done and thank you!

The club has a nice intimate setting. It is relatively small compared to other clubs, which is a good get-away if you are from the area or have just had a long day at work. Equipment on point, staff is friendly and the facility is never full. It has very chilled vibes.

I have bit of a mixed reaction. Friendly staff generally but there's been one exception of a rather unpleasant welcome from the reception. Otherwise, this is a great facility and Fistos has been of great help showing me around.
