I was very disappointed to learn that the reception area doesn't have surveillance cameras. I lost my phone at the reception and never recovered it. (WESDENE)

I am a neighbour. On 4 September 2021 at 23:56 I had to ask the Guest house to stop its guests from making an unbearable noise. I received an apology the next day. This morning was a repeat performance in the street.

Absolutely terrified on how they have such a high rating. Booked months in advance to arrive to no available rooms and very poor service. Called Jean Jean now

I had a lovely night!!! Beautiful quiet place in a great location. The rooms are super clean and the staff is very friendly too!!!

The pool for one was dirty, the breakfast was not prepared in time. Their glasses were not clean. Some of the sauces were empty, but the staff was okay
