The rooms were clean and the entire house was kept tidy. However, I should point out that the price did not match the expectation. There are better guest houses that I have stayed at for the same price (if not cheaper). It felt more like a step up from a backpackers than an actual guesthouse. At night we could not locate anyone on the premises (not even a security guard) and therefore we felt very uncomfortable. If the price was lower then this type of accommodation would have been justified u0026 it would have gotten a higher rating since you'd be essentially getting what you paid for. Not my favourite place and will definitely use alternative accommodation next time I am in the Melville area.
