Took my sister for her birthday, was not happy about their pap, I complained and they replaced it with slab chips, and was the first time of that mistake. I've always like Galitos food, it's original. I've more than ten years experienced of their palatable and their hospitality. This particular one, I'm always inspired by their te work, from the manager to a general worker, and the cleanliness.

ordered online at 11,30 my order according to the website should have been delivered at 12,13 which was 40 minutes later . I have been calling the store since 12,15 made over 10 calls to them . the driver advised that he will be here but cannot state when at 12,30 i call again and was put on hold and then the phone was dropped on me . i then speak to the manager who advised that she will get someone to deliver as the address is extremely close to the branch . this is terrible service i have spent more money making phone calls to galito's than the price of my meal

one of the worst branchs
orders 2 meals 2 hours later
the people who answer the phone can bearly understand what is being ordered
and the food being late tasted so bad.
this is so disapponting
and the staff need to learn how to speak on the phone and learn people skills asap
