Poor service. Rude and arrogant staff. Bought 6 cone ice-cream and it took 15 minutes to get it. Whn I asked if anyone was helping us, the lady was so rude and the rest of the staff joined in to make rude comments. I'll never buy there again nor order online. Customer service is very important and if you are short staffed, u communicate. U don't just be rude to customers. The worst thing is that some of us know wht customer service is as we also work wth the public.

I am always disturbed by Ghandi Square McDonald’s staff. Their staff is so rude u0026 wonder if they take their reviews into account or ever hold their staff accountable for the consistent poor service reviews.

It was quite busy but if you do the self service it's much quicker. Waited a while for the food but otherwise everything else was great. The toilet is also clean if you need to use it.

I ordered coffee and I had to wait for 15 minutes just for 2 filter coffee's. Your service is so poor and am disappointed. I will never ever buy from Macdonalds Ghandi Square again. Your service to customers is rubbish????????????????????????????????. I want my money back

They always deliver incorrect food. I let it slide the first and second time but it seems like they are doing it deliberately but we are paying for these extra things. Don’t order from this McDonalds online

The service here is terrible.
I ordered via MrD app to collect and they denied me of my order telling me that the driver has to collect,even when a driver of another order came and explained to them, they still refused...which makes no sense because I ordered to collect it myself,and also the workers including the manager were very rude,dismissed me as if I didnt even order food there and spent the next 40 minutes staring at my food till it went cold and they lacked the decency to apologize for the inconvenience or even reheat the food once they gave it to me.
