It's a nice place and it feels off Joburg with the architecture and spaciousness. The place has plenty options of restaurants that are respectively different, but I feel like it hasn't been used to it's full potential development wise.

Historically important square in middle of Johannesburg’s Central Buisness District. Was home to various important banks and South African companies. Now has unfortunately degenerated with lack of infrastructure repair and maintenance. Broken bins, sidewalks full of rubbish now hosts a sketchy area-especially at night-occasionally there is some respite from the noise once the clubs close.

A must be place with a mixture of eat and clubbing . in this place you will find all banks, Spar,Oph offices ,Pizza hut, MacDonalds ,chesa nyama and steers

Great place, clean , safe and good to even distress. And all modes of transport are found there.

This place is amazing at night time. Vibrant in its own way. Its got Mcdonalds at the corner for those that do not like the Shisanyama. Most bank ATMs are also at the square.

Always busy but so beautiful, if you plan on taking pictures, take someone to, it's not the safest place to be alone but there are security guards around.
