The aircon in the room did not work. The Technician said the wires were mixed up u0026 would repair the next day but did not fix them however I requested a fan. I also requested full cream pasterised milk but was advised to buy my own desired milk, so I requested a bar fridge as I have allergies to long life milk. I had to ask for towels and tea after my room was cleaned as they were not replaced.
Breakfast service was amazing.

Would have given the hotel 5 stars. If not for the fact that on the days I was there, they were hosting various school (Yaaay for them, we know what covid did to the hospitality industry). Breakfast and supper were a nightmare, the children made noise the better part of the night, and kept knocking on my door.. looking for their mates I suppose.

I was very disappointed with my recent visits. The room wasn't prepared. Very dirty. No complimentary items in the room eg; tea, toilet paper, soap. No halaal option for breakfast, pork placed in the same banes as the veg options so couldn't even eat that. Breakfast staff was horrible. Impacient and seemed disgruntled. Both the heater and room landline were not working. For the price paid, I would not recommend.

Rooms and service were excellent.
However, breakfast menu needs to be reviewed by management. We were not satisfied with the breakfast options

We had a good stay the only thing that bother me was the cleaning of the rooms and the replacement of amenities, it's not done consistently. The TV sets in the rooms is not smart TV, things have change. The hotel it self is very neat and clean. Staff very friendly even the ground and security staff. Thank you so much for everyone who made our stay very enjoyable.

A high school booked in at the same time as us. Basic human behaviour such as respecting others is not existenr.

If you can fix that... I love everything else about the place ????
