I paid for my Tourism badge "Receipt no 5818" on 29/1/2016. I have tried numerous times to find out when it will arrive, no luck. It has been 6 years now. Please advice. I still have original receipt with all details if required.

No answer when contacted via tephone within office hours

Tight security . Helpful staff at the ground level reception, but the bell at the Tourism office is not working and its not always easy to get someones attention to enter their offices.
