Your chicken livers(full of oil) and chips(it like they were made 3 days ago) was so unsatisfactory at so many levels, even the quarter chicken was burned, R200 wasted for nothing where I could've went to another restaurant and get proper food. That is not the quality of food that one would expect from a restaurant of your level and reputation. You need to make sure that your customers are getting the highest caliber of available ingredients as well as proper preparation. Nandos Caltorn Centre is ruining Nandos.

Masepa fela(forgive my language)... First they treated us like we not paying for their services, took forever to serve us only to serve us Charcoal burned meat. Would not recommend it to anyone, they must just close the place or change chefs cause WOW their service is terrible....

I wasn't happy with the meal that was serve today, for the very first time in my life I was served a burned chicken at Nandos.
I understand that it Month end, but they should pay attention to each and every dish they serve. If possible can there be more stuff during the first five days of the month so that we can get a better customer service.

I will give thumbups to the place for being clean during month end and the staff trying by all means to give us a better customer service

The is a lady who is a cashier today 20 January 2022 I went there to redeem my voucher as usual then today she said I must not combine but on Tuesday I combine them and she also take my R19 change on a voucher to charity but today she said no she must know that this voucher are not for free what the attitude for am very angry she so rude I didn't check her name tag but yooo why she did it first day nandos Carlton center

It's quite spacious but very busy on weekends. They had a R199 special and an option to buy a full chicken for R99 which is good but the most irritating thing about that is that the staff forces you to buy the extra chicken for R99 which is quite irritating. The is one guy who is the covid protocol police, he is Amazing????

The waiters are very rude, they asked us to go eatside as they want to close the shop. We were left speechless as the lady stood by our stable waiting for us to stop eating. I did raise this with the managed in charge and only said I will speak to her

Food is good, service quality and timing are also not bad ... is it is to be expected at Carlton centre, it gets quite full.
