We waited a whole hour after the power got back. Loadshedding is not any business's fault and customers are forgiving, but no communication was made with the customers as to how long we should expect to wait before the store is ready for business. Many loyal customers complained and even left because no one knew what's happening. The manager, however, did apologise and explained to one complaining customer that they had to set up the store 1st. Communication with customers can really go a long way. But in general this KFC store is clean-and-tidy, and quite efficient- on their busiest days you won't wait too long for your food to be ready and the ladies at the till mostly inform me about their current specials that one might not know about.
