This place is amazing and such value for money. A little oasis in the bustle of Joburg and a perfect location for getting to the airport. Heinz is a wonderful host and is helpful with advice on where to go. Chris is the lovely driver, who again will pick you up or drop you off from the airport and take you to museums, day trips etc. The place is really clean and the rooms are well maintained with great beds, furniture etc. There is a communal kitchen, again clean and modern. This is not what I expected a hostel experience to be but is more like a hotel.

Nice house, had a big private room with a clean bathroom and balcony. Hostel offers free airport pickup but not drop off. Basic breakfast included.

Very limited wifi, they turn it off ~10 pm and don't turn it back on until 9 am, and they don't turn it on upon request which was disappointed as we had some trip planning/booking to do.

The place offers free pick up. The staff and owner were very helpful. There is a kitchen that can be used by guests. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and enjoyed it every time. I recommended this place to a friend, but they weren't treated as well. I would review this place with 4 stars, but because of the way they treated my friend I can only give it 2. I am sad that they weren't more respectful to my referral and in good conscience I can't recommend a place that was only good to me and not to the people I refer to them.

the place is great, the host is nice, but didn't like the Internet limit of 21h. Had lots to do on wifi when I came. The beds are cheap and don't sleep well. and to many beds in a room and the light was to bright to sneak in and let my neighbours sleep in peace. also the toilets and showers are in the same room. There are more rooms to book anyway. But probably more expensive. I loved the dog and the surrounding in the hostel. looks great. Unfortunately not many ppl around at the time I was there, october. awesome kitchen and breakfast included

The bazbus stop is located at this backpackers which is a great idea. Just a pity they do not allow you to wait inside the premises while waiting for the bazbus as it is quite doggy outside on the road. Had to wait with international clients outside for tbe bazbus and they were late which made my clients feel very uncomfortable.

Nice place, safe and comfortable beds. Not very central and early in the morning you can't get out on your own because the gate is locked.

Incredible hostel.
Amazing place with huge swiming pool and nice people working there.
Nice kitchen to cook and the breakfast is included.
