Service and food is impeccable. They really value their customers and make them feel at home. So far I have ordered takeaway's for lunch and sat down for dinner with family, both times were great. Would give them 10 ☆'s if possible and I definitely recommend their fillet with mash!

Now trading as Happy Bar u0026 Grill. A fresh new injection of energy and passion to a neighbourhood favourite. Still the Best steaks in Johannesburg:) And in summer the sunsets from the patio are complete with a leafy tree for shade.

Looking for fine dining place for you and your family or a friends? Happy bar and grill got the best tender meat! There meals are refreshing to the soul. Wow top class services and the good part of this restaurant is that you get to buy your cold meats and bilton from their own butcher shop.. they have the most memorable flavors you will never forget. Finally there is a restaurant that makes not only tasty food but also offer great customer services. Quality time for quality memories!

A friendly handshake from the manager as you enter gives you that sense of we at the right place. Small and well decorated restaurant. Sitting inside you cant help but admire their small wine cellar which gives you that feeling you not just dining at your local eatery around the corner. The menu caters for all tastes and has something for everyone. All their meat cuts are provided by their butchery next door and are absolutely top class. They have been running great specials and that has definitely made us pull in a few extra times than normal. Tuesdays is Pizza for R59. That has become my favourite day of the week. The pizza selection is not limited at all and is the best tasting around. Thursdays is a MEAT platter for 2 for R159. The platter consists of fillet, sirloin, lamb chops, pork chops, chicken kebabs and chips. A must try for the meat lovers. The rest of the menu is well priced and portion sizes are filling. Service is good and you are looked after really well. Other waiters jump in to assist you if your waiter is busy at another table, most restaurants you don't get that anymore as it's not their section. It's great to see the teamwork. So all round a great experience, great food and great service. Worth a visit any day of the week. ????

The food was nicely plated, however everything was so dry. No sauce on the burger. The burger was not seasoned and was very disappointing. The chilli sausage pizza had wors on it and it was plan wors that had a few pieces of chilli on top of it. And the best part was the owner and his personal party that kept on walking into our table and not even noticing that people are trying to have lunch...this is not a place that most people would enjoy.
