Incredibly professional and kind from reception to finish. We are privileged to have such a world class hospital in our city. I cannot praise them more highly. A wonderful experience.

My daughter and I had a great experience at the Johannesburg Eye Hospital. The staff, nurses u0026 doctors were so kind, helpful u0026 understanding. Thanks for the great experience. I would greatly recommend this Hospital to everyone considering using these facilities.

My wife went for two eye opp one with Dr BValla and Dr Wolf. I must say both Dr Bvalla and Dr wolf is amazing and one of the nices doctors i have ever met. Thanx u team . I'll recommend BValla and Dr wolf and his team to any body.
I only have one query on admission of second opp the security told us that on the patient can go up and we know it's due to covid reasons but my question is how must I send the wife in when she can berly see as the one is damage and the other eye has barely any vision? Can't you make some sort of arrangement in cases like this. At that point of time I didn't even knew if the wife was okay or she was admitted or when to get her or how long the opp would have taken nothing. This was very unpleasant and stressful and very frustrating.

I would avoid this place if you can. Their technical staff is excellent, but the accounts division refused my medical aid after asking me to obtain a letter of guarantee (which I did obtain), made me pay out of pocket, and are currently holding onto my money after I was overcharged for a procedure. They are telling me I need to wait to end of month to be reimbursed. Unacceptable. Not normal business practice. I suggest to use the same doctors, but go to another facility.

This medical facility is excellent and reminds me of what medical facilities should be.
From the reception, to the facilities, to the staff and doctors - a thoroughly professional operation.
Highly recommended.

Attention to medical care well below standard. Wound obtain
During stay in May 2021 did not receive Attention and is still not healed and painfull!

My mother had operations there recently and on both occasions they level of professionalism was superb. I was impressed with the level of care and attention giving to their elderly patients.
