HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I have been training for a long time and I can honestly say that Anthony is the best trainer I have ever had. He is always motivated and I feel like he has a genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals. In 20 minutes I am able to achieve far more than I can in my normal 1 hour gym session. The Bodytec Northcliff shop has a clean and fresh feel to it. It really is worth it when considering how much cheaper it is than a traditional personal trainer and how much better the training session is.

I love my sessions with Thabo and Nevan! Both are great trainers and always make the 20 minutes pass even faster BUT they make sure the workouts are mostly challenging, which is great because I love competing with myself. I have definitely felt an improvement in my posture, core and my biceps are growing with each session.

Bodytech has made a huge difference in my life. I feel stronger every day. The trainers are professional and they make the sessions a lot of fun. 20 min a week is so convenient for a busy lifestyle and I can recommend it to anyone.

Anthony is all about excellent customer experience! I've tried BODYTEC elsewhere a few years ago, liked the idea but didn't join. Decided to check out the new one at Northcliff, had so much fun, Anthony really helps you feel like you've got this! The equipment is high-tech with a modern, clean studio and no need to queue. I've joined and cannot wait to reach my goals.

Highly recommended to anyone in Johannesburg who wants to exercise and have a welcoming and warm conversation! The new equipment really makes all the difference u0026 the trainer really gets you motivated and gets your focus fully present with your training! Would recommend this to all beginners and experienced trainers ????????
