The location of the place is great and the environment is safe.Almost everyone is friendly and staff feels great.Its also a lovely place to visit I would definitely recommend everyone to come here!

Worst ever, didn't sleep well, it was smelly, nd da rats iyo, da toilet ws not working ya ne ai no more.

The hotel doesn't provide toilet paper nor toiletries, the ceilings are old and open. The bathroom lights were not working. There rats in the room, dead and alive ones. Only one lift is working
The place is just old and no maintenance seems to be done to it. Really disappointed

I like Johannesburg hotel because it is in CBD and it has a nice viewing site when you are at the top and give you open wide view of how Johannesburg looks like when you look around from top view and the rooms and the service is at top class its place where you can feel relaxed and enjoy the magnificent Johannesburg as it is.

I always stay at this hotel, staff is very friendly, prices are affordable, but infortunitely kitchen u0026 bar closed down, hotel owners seems not to care about the hotel, but there is a spar across the street for hot food take-aways, rooms are OK for the price, but maintenance seems a huge problem, washing u0026 ironing of clothes are still been done, rooms are being cleaned everyday, taxi's are available outside the hotel, no need to walk, If i would rate this hotel i will give it a 2 star, its not a 3 star hotel anymore due to maintenance problems ! The hotel used to be a gem, but now its degraded due to building , carpets, paint u0026 other issues related ! It needs a serious renovation to 3 star Quality ! Outside the streets are very filthy u0026 foreigner problems begging for money !

Smelly room, dirty bedding, sheets are dirty, bath room is a nightmare, no TV remote. Whatever you do just don't use their bedding rather sleep ontop if the bed with your sleeping bed, bedding really itchy. Nooooo nooo gov should close this hotel
