BAD PRODUCTS. FAULTY. YOU WILL PAY. Bougth a treadmill Horizon AT7 after 11 months ruber band crack Not Under guarantee. Now they discover that wooden deck bending and SHARP EDGE this was the cause. NOT under guarantee again. I need to paid for all parts and labor. Is not my fault that from the beginning came faulty. But the answer was that only 6 months guarantee in some parts this IS NOT RIGHT. now takes forever 3 months and machine not fixed. Taking forever even to quote

Warning!!! Pathetic after sales service, I purchased a treadmill from them and 1 yr later my treadmill is faulty and I called for assistance. My treadmill is still under a 3yr warranty. However they charging me exorbitant call out fees and stated I'll have to pay for faulty parts without even doing an assessment . Their 3yr warranty is a scam and poor after sales service save yourself and maintain peace of mind. Go elsewhere !!!!

Excellent service. Bought a treadmill from Matrix and from purchase to delivery it was smooth sailing. In terms of after sales service and maintenance, the staff at Matrix have been really helpful and ensured my treadmill runs smoothly.

Great Products, terrible after sales service????. One of the bands snapped that came with my Connexus Home. Understandably it can happen, but to take a month to replace it is unacceptable.

Really disappointed. When my treadmill broke, I was told that I had brought old stock - 2 years old, so the 5 year warranty was expired because it started from the date it was manufactured.
I had to pay for a new motor as well as the service fee.
Be careful!

NOTE: you should rather make a note on your “specials” that customers should go to Makro to buy a bench” and not waste their time and lie to them even AFTER a full payment was made and customers then have to be told they will be re funded as delivery might be more and the Bench can be bought at Makro of all places. ...not very professional at all i was shocked.
