I had to replace the stone on my engagement ring and was looking for a peacock sapphire. I came across Katannuta, reached out and from the first mail Clare was honest and open about what will need to be done.
All our communications were done remotely and courier was organised by Clare - no hassle at all. Thanks to Clare I can where my ring again and I can highly recommend the Katannuta team!

Clare is absolutely incredible and I can't recommend Katannuta Diamonds enough! I was such a difficult customer as I had an exact idea in my head of what I wanted. Clare was so patient, professional and talented in making my idea a reality and was in constant communication with me to ensure that my bracelet looked exactly how I was planning it to look. Absolutely love my piece of jewellery and can't thank Clare enough and the way my bracelet turned out definitely exceeded my expectations!

Katannuta Diamands was very helpful and professional during the ring making process. My fiancé was in contact with her over the phone and her service was outstanding. The virtual drawings of the ring gave him a clear picture of how the ring will look like and the end result was exactly like the drawings of the ring. Clare made this such a special and painless process, thank you so much! We worked over the phone exclusively because I am based elsewhere in the country, but Clare went through a lot of effort to make sure she knew what I wanted, even when I didn't know. I nearly gave up on my search for the perfect stone… And then I met Clare, the ultimate expert in the industry!

Mine is a story of great expectations, fair share of disappointments and ultimately a triumph followed by a happy ending. It goes as follows…

My family and I have had the pleasure of visiting South Africa several times and during our latest 4-month tour of the country I became determined to find a liaison in the diamond industry. I was on the hunt for ‘the perfect stone’ for my anniversary ring, a quest that dates 3-4 years back. While I was very specific about the color of the stone (champagne), I was not particularly set on its type (diamond, sapphire or even morganite were all possible contenders). During our recent visit I made contact with several diamond professionals who either lacked the expertise I was hoping for or simply did not give me the confidence I needed as a foreign customer. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and about to terminate my quest altogether. During the last month of our visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Clare and immediately knew she would deliver what I was longing for. Exceptionally knowledgeable in the field, highly detail-oriented and oh so very professional, Clare presented me with various options allowing me to further narrow down my search. Within our fifth email exchange, Clare had found just the perfect piece for me – a breathtaking ~2.5 carat champagne diamond with an excellent GIA profile. The process of building my dream ring was just as smooth and enjoyable. Clare paid close attention to each and every element on my wish list (which I admit was quite lengthy) and ultimately designed a gorgeous anniversary ring for me. Not only did I have my long dream fulfilled, but I also now have a trusted jeweler by my side and look forward to having all my future jewelry requests complete with Katannuta. More importantly, I made a true friend in the process!
