I have never been so disappointed with an order I was really looking forward to like I was yesterday. Firstly this order was delayed. We ordered around 1:30 and got the order after 3pm. I ordered the protein egg pot. My choice of egg was a pouched egg medium. There's is no choice of boiled egg on the menu but guess what I received! A hard boiled egg cut into big chunks. The free range sausage was missing. Like there was not even a small piece of sausage or even the smell of a sausage My second item was the Asian rainbow bowl. This was better because the chicken was really good however, the broccoli was yellow and the pickled ginger was also missing. I tried to call the restaurant after I received my order, the number on the website doesn't exist!!! Kuai Bryanston - do better!!!

Wonderful service with friendly staff. Healthy organic food, snacks, drinks, etc, the list goes on. Come in u0026 see for yourself. They also deliver.

After almost 35 min no one came to take my order. Next level of poor service. I walked out as I could not wait any longer. The first time I have ever walked out of any place that I wanted to order from. You won’t see me again that much you can know.

Extremely horrible wait times, waited almost 2hours for a wrap and water, 2hours! Worst part im only than 5kms form the shop, don't bother order from this branch via UberEats

This Kauai has a much better variety then the other stores. Much more items on the menu is great. Great set up and enough seating. Great service as well.
