I have dealt with a wide variety of businesses over the years and I can honestly say that I have never experienced a level of service anywhere close to that of Fitness Network. Every aspect of my experience - from my very first query, up until delivery of my order - was beyond exceptional.

I dealt with Ruan Kruger who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He’d always respond to my queries within a few minutes and truly went above and beyond to assist me. He not only advised me on the equipment I’d need, he also reduced costs by applying discounts for the items in my order and followed up with me long after my order was delivered.

When you’re buying products online, communication is extremely important for the customers’ peace of mind. Everything from quotations, to payment and shipping, is communicated clearly and efficiently. I never had to send an email or make a call to find out what was happening with my order - I was always notified and kept up to date. The delivery and installation process was even easier than placing my order. I made payment and received my order 2 days later. The same day my order arrived, I received a call from the installers who were readily available and arrived early the following morning.

I can say with absolute certainty that Fitness Network will always be my business of choice when it comes to gym equipment. If you’re in the market for any gym equipment, do yourself a favour and contact Ruan over at Fitness Network - you won’t regret it!

The store has a great layout. Their service was really outstanding, having answered all my questions and really delivered on their promises. Happy with both their service and product. Highly recommend using them for fitness equipment.

Got parcel quickly. Box was badly damaged and nuts and bolts were all over the place, but luckilly managed to put all together.

Thank you Basil and Michelle for your time and effort to keep me up to date and for delivering my Freerunner treadmill during a period the whole world was plagued by container shipping delays and disruptions due to the Covid-19 restrictions.

After extensive research on a home gym system, I decided on a certain product, which Fitnessnetwork stocks. I had an online chat with one of the sales reps, and he fielded my questions very professionally. I never felt 'pushed' into making a purchase. After sorting out the admin, it was literally 3 days and the courier dropped off my equipment. There was a slight snag with a piece of equipment, but one phone call and everything was sorted out. I will highly recommend Fitnessnetwork. Their service is excellent, and feedback happened regularly.

I received fantastic service from Basil. He could immediately advise me which commercial spinning bikes would be sufficient for my gym.
The quality of their equipment is of a high standard.
I would definitely recommend them.

Update: My first off experience with purchasing the G3 was bit of a rocky start, but Basil has been able to make it a much more pleasant experience.
A plastic guide kept popping out making the Cable Cross machine useless, but I'm pleased to say that Basil sorted it out very quickly.
He gave me a call, gathered all the information he needed like the part numbers etc. and on that same day shipped the items to me.

After sales service is something that is almost always an issue, but Basil has proven to go the extra mile for his clients, and I greatly thank him for that as it makes all the difference to me.

I look forward to many years of using my Monster G3, and I will definitely be buying a few more items from Fitness Network soon.
