Quaint little restaurant. Friendly staff. Food is disappointing. Order 336 which was new on the menu was pretty much a crumbed chicken fillet on a bed of bland yellow rice. Not what I want from Thai food. I'll stick to Kung Fu Kitchen. Thanks.

Ordered beef and got chicken....then when we phoned, you gave us attitude when we Insisted that we now want the correct order delivered....your mistake!! And the managers very unhelpful. My husband came to buy the food and you gave us chicken instead of beef...pathetic

The place is under construction at the moment. You cannot dine in but you can order ahead or in store.

This is by far one of my best Simply Asia in the JHB North area. The food is always prepared according to my special requirements and they never fail to deliver.

During the week - Monday to Wednesday, they run a specail on sushi (half price) but only for sit down patrons.

Very understaffed. Rather long wait until our food arrived, 60 minutes. - Atmosphere inside was ice cold. 2 heaters not working, ie no replacement gas bottles. Anyways, it was pleasant chatting to my wife.

After arriving at 6: 30pm for our reservation... We waited almost 15 minutes to get a drinks order placed... Another 20 minutes later we managed to place our starter and main meal order due to the fact that we couldn't get the attention of the staff ... 30 minutes later our starter arrived... With no utensils or crockery to eat off of.. please note there were four of us.... When we ordered a second round of drinks we were asked if our original glasses could be used by the bar as they did not have enough glasses.... By 8.30 ... We had to get up from the table to try and find someone to decipher where our food was.... When it finally arrived at 8:45 it was the wrong order for two of our party.... And of the four of us only one actually enjoyed their meal.... To make matters worse when the bill arrived we found out that not only was it not our bill as they had handed it to somebody else... Our order on the system had been mixed up and several items had been added to the bill that were not what we had ordered..... After several complaints to the manager who was nowhere to be seen during all of this... He worked out our bill on his cell phone calculator from the menu in order for us to settle our account and as restitution offered us a chocolate samosa in apology.... I will never eat at a simply Asia ever again

Best Chicken Satay in Jozi, melts in your mouth with delicious peanut sauce. Also had their spring rolls - can't recommend them. Mains we had Chicken Phadthai and Chicken noodle in peanut sauce. Service was very good.
