Have gone backwards over the last few years.
Staff unfriendly.
A lady behind the food/cake counter called Zanele is extremely rude. It’s not the first.
Please do something about your unfriendly staff.
Customer service manager of no help.
They should change their attitudes.

The vanilla cake slice I bought was old and dry.

One of the best Spars in Gauteng - well that I have been to. Has a wide variety of prepared foods and baked goods. Well laid out. Ample staff to assist. Much more than you would find at any other Spar

Excellent range of imported goods, huge cheese selection. Cakes to die for. Oats and chocolate biscuits are the best I've tasted.

Great store as always. It would however be a bonus if the SPAR loyalty card was NOT store specific and one card could be used across all SPAR stores.
It does become a problem if you shop at SPAR Broad Acres, Pineslopes and Hobart and you need to have a different card for every store!

What a well stocked supermarket with a marvelous food section selling ready to eat hot and cold meals, well stocked artisans breads, and I must say staff is very friendly and the supermarket itself is very clean, it was truly a pleasure to shop there.

My wife is absolutely convinced they have the freshest chocolate of any grocery store, food market, or service station in the entire Bryanston. I am pretty sure their ready-made food counter is one of the tastiest in the neighborhood. Either way, you'll find what you're looking for.

Always a great experience at this spar at Hobart. Huge variety - food quality. Great service!
