Use to be good, but gone to the pits. Ordered two power oats, received one. The oats we did receive was absolutely disgusting. Dry, no flavor. Just received the second one they forgot - no bananas as advertised. Looks like there is no Kauai worth supporting anymore, especially this one

Absolutely love this Kauai!
Their food is so tasty u0026 fresh, the smoothies THE BEST out of all the Kauai branches in Fourways/Sandton/Lonehill area.
AND the service is very good!

After a few bad experiences I was disappointed in the store. I wrote a negative review and was immediately contacted to sort the matter out. I was very impressed with the clarification and communication received. Thank you for taking the matter seriously and for taking action!

I found Nuts in a smoothie that doesn't have nuts even though I informed them of my nut allergy and kindly asked that they carefully rinse the jug. The owner called me to apologise and invited me to get get another smoothie, however I declined as I could not risk it. I still have smoothies at other branches and have never had the experience.

Quick service. Mor importantly delish wrap. I ordered a Morrocanchicken wrap on a health wrap. Very tasty and soft. Would Def have one again. And had a coffee smoothie with Yoghurt and other stuff. But also very yum. Very happy with my meal.
