As an accounting package in a regular trading environment that is not heavily dependent on recording your balance sheet and income statement in two currencies, customers will appreciate Palladium as a powerful and user intuitive product. My hope is that they will adapt to the growing demand for service solutions whereby a customer can have everything in one package as opposed to using 3rd party software more geared toward a service and support industry. I am hopeful that the Palladium team will continue to innovate and improve their product!

Respect - as a Bookkeeper, Business Owner and Palladium Business Partner, there is nothing more important than having an accounting package that works for you, and not have you work for it. Grateful for an accounting package that delivers what I need. Zero downtime in more than 10 years of using the software.

Horrible customer service, extremely glitchy and outdated legacy software. Every customer has a "Customized"Version which makes problem solving or any issues impossible to resolve. The worst after sales support I have ever experienced. Impossible to cancel subscription as they will keep billing you until you take legal action.

This is a great ERP service provider . Between a Feature rich product that is on the cutting edge of technology , to a great support and dev team , always willing to help , I believe they certainly are worth looking into and I highly recommend their products and services .

I am disappointed in the package. The pre-sales pitch and service was and is absolutely amazing, but after sales support is often met with sorry, we cannot do this or that. Moving over from Pastel accounting is difficult as it seems that Palladium is not build for ad-hoc, after the fact historical processing. Processing takes a lot longer and more time of Palladium than on Pastel.

It also seems that the package is not designed for clients that create custom clients through a setup assistant often as the amount of work to get each and every client workable is enormous.

I am disappointed in the fact that various of my complaints are just not answered, ignored and that no solutions are found for obvious challenges.

It does not seem to be worth the saving.

A fully fledged ERP software that is filled with smart features that assist with the automation of daily processes. Very well priced.
