Tried to get some help on a case for lible and defamation of character and got no help at all.

Also needed help with a guardianship application in the high court, no help at all..
Tried everything I can from overseas but it seems helping South African people who are overseas isn't something they do.

They sent me back to randburg court to speak with a lawyer. I was given the wrong information from their head office. But the Wynburg branch gave me the correct information. Their Lawyer told me what to do. ????

Mokopane legal aid is the baddest lawyer's you get. Doesn't show up for court dates. Doesn't answer calls,. Overall bad service from them.

Their website is nice and simple to navigate. Seems like a very good company to work for. I've just applied one of their jobs in Ermelo, hoping and praying I join this winning team...????

I have phoned so many times with the promise of a call back to arrange an appointment and nothing ever happens. This is honestly the worse service.
Absolute waste of airtime...the people using legal aid don't have the funds for huge amounts of airtime just to get an appointment with you people...that's why we're using you to begin with instead of a company that would actually help us.
