The staff tried to help me get what I wanted. But I give this branch 1 star u0026 here is why:????????

What I didn't like about Matrix is that on their website it showed that the microphone I wanted was in stock at the Sunward Park branch. So I wasted my very expensive petrol u0026 my time driving to this outlet only to be told the product is not in stock.

As if that wasn't enough, the lady who assisted me phoned the Benoni branch to find out if they have stock of the microphone in question. Granted, she was courteous in doing so, but it turned out the Benoni branch explained to her that the model I want is not in stock but they have a different product booked under the same product code as of the one I want. But she didn't understand any of that, she just told me "they will keep it for me in Benoni, they have it". So I drove to Benoni only to find out it's not the product I am looking for. So I wasted more petrol u0026 more time. I ended up buying this product elsewhere. Matrix wasted a lot of my time u0026 my petrol????????

I was looking for a particular model of Logitech speakers that they didn't have in stock. I had been looking everywhere for them to no avail. Enter Berenice from this store who was exceptionally helpful and sourced them from their supplier for me. Great service as not one other store offered to try and source them for me. Thanks Berenice.

Since when do one have to book a laptop in for a full diagnostics just to upgrade RAM? Furthermore, why must you replace you hard drive when you want to upgrade RAM? Either this techies has no idea what he is doing....or its just a big money making scheme... The Pakistani cellphone shop around the corner was more knowledgeable than the Martix staff. Maybe they need to hire the people from the cellphone shop to work for then...

You sometimes get a feeling when you leave your goods at a service centre that you might not get your money's worth.. That's not the case here.. I'm so impressed with the level of service I won't go anywhere else..

Always fast u0026 friendly service. If they don't have the item you need in stock the order it and you usually get it by the next day
