The services is POOOOOOOOOR beyond the word itself.

1. When you get there, the ladies don’t attend to you. They just sit and stare at you!!!

2. There’s hardly any sausages. You want a boerewors roll, they don’t have. You want a MANHATTAN, they don’t have ????. Rather remove all the items of the menu because they’re always not there.

Service I still say is appalling, often we pay for service and enjoy the product, with this store you get NONE!

The food has always been good at the Sunward Center, but today 3/1/2020 the young lady on duty is useless. She doesnt wait for you to finish speaking to take your order. The other lady working there (with piercings) had to tell her not to walk off. I also saw that she took some of my russians i ordered and put it in a container for herself. I literally got 5 slices of russian. I am really disappointed. I did not say anything because im scared they will spit in my food. I waited about 20 minutes because she had to go and get the second part of my order. When i got home i saw the quality of the russians. Awful. Look 100 years old. And the sauce bottles are really really dirty from not being cleaned.

The owner should pay this store a visit.

Barely have any stock and the staff are more useless than a broken watch because at least a broken watch will look like it's working twice a day. Even tried ordering online and they don't respond because they probably sleeping in the back or on the 100th lunch or tea break.

Just went there about 19:05 pm 29 June 2018 Friday, just to find the safety doors closed with the lady working there, cashing up, asked her why they are closed, told here on Google it said trading hours is until 8pm,she told me no closing time is 7pm... So I think it is totally unprofessional to close urlier than advertised!!! ????
