Honestly, service wise this branch is the worst. The staff are rude and unfriendly - granted not the whole lot of them!!
I wanted to treat my brother and wasn’t hungry myself but I was hounded for not purchasing a meal. Watched and hovered over.
I finally got up to buy a muffin and juice after I was told to leave for not ordering food.
Which for me is ridiculous.
There’s a notice up that only allows patrons 30 mins of being seated. I chew/eat rather slowly. I like to enjoy every bite.
This is nowhere near hospitable !!
Also, there wasn’t a cafe option. So no I e cream, no carrot cake. No satisfaction.
Not likely to return.

Got to McDonald's in Yeoville and was told that every meal i could not get a regular coldrink because they don't have them on all meal dishes and was told that I can't buy a meal dish without a drink because all meal dishes come with a drink.
This is ridiculous cause i can't be forced to pay extra if I want a meal. Service is very poor. Why would they make customers pay extra for ordering a meal. This is ridiculous and it has added another reason not to buy from them

I then asked to see a manager at the branch whom they told me that he was busy and he kept me waiting for more than an hour. How pathetic. Wait so long only to see the manager

The service was horrible, seemed like they were short staffed, muffins on display were incorrectly placed ( upside-down) no veggies burgers.Worst macdonalds ive been to.

This branch is the worst branch. Everytime I go there I always get bad service...their food is never fresh and they always short on some things on the menu.

Security strict at the entrance,but at the reception no one asks u anything u just walk through to the rooms....Place clean and tidy
