I love Mochachos but the one in Sunninghill doesn't deserve 1 star. Not only did I pick up my order and the chips are cold and stale, when I called them to inform them of the issue, Patience wanted to sit there and argue with me. So poor food, worse service. My dogs however give your chips 5* like everything else the scoff

Bought 2 X Jose Specials and there was barely a chicken breast on the roll, I get it is a special but we should not be ripped off.
I ate a roll with sauce for lunch technically!!

So I ordered from Mochachos Sunninghill via UberEats - ordered 2 double cheese pine burgers, both with chips and Coke. What they send is one single cheeseburger, one single pine burger and just one Coke and chips.

I phone them to complain about my order, it is quite different from what I ordered. They say they will correct it.

My expectation was that they would send us at least new burgers with a chips and Coke.

They literally send us one slice of cheese, one slice of pineapple, the 2 missing patties and a chips and Coke.

My entire family was quite stunned by them literally sending us only the the missing items!

The most disturbing, disgusting chicken ever. It tastes old , sometimes they get the flavour wrong. And just last week, my order was given to someone else. Worst Mochachos I have ever had. Please order from Mochachos Rivonia or Mochachos Kyalami for quality

Haven't had Mochachos in a while. Very disappointing. Half the size it used to be. Cheese nachos for almost R70 is basically half a bag of dry chips with 8 slices of jalapeno on it. Won't be going back again. Absolute rip off.

Once owners have changed the service level have dropped. Yesterday for the 2nd time one of my friends found chicken in his vegetarian meal. The manager offered a refund, seems like he missed the point.
The thought of how the food is being prepared is a very scary one.

The food quality has dropped alot. Chicken burger- was very cold , chicken fillet was under cooked. Very horrible.

Chips- hard,stale,dry.
