Thank you to the team at MiFitness. I put down a deposit with them 2 years ago, and did not claim it back. It took less than 24 hours for this to be resolved, and for the money to be refunded to me.
It is rare to come across such excellent and professional service. I highly recommend this business with all my heart!! (Thank you Chanel and Philani).

Excellent service from MiFitness. Bought a massage gun from them while on a very good special. Delivery was quick and painless a few days later. Quick, clear communication and a great product. I'll certainly buy from them again.

Ordered a sissy squat machine all the way from Brackenfell in the Western Cape and it was delivered to my door (actually carried into my house) 3 days later. Great administration, communication and delivery from the start. I am assembling it later today. Great work guys!

Placed my order with Joburg Friday morning, amazed to have received my package on Monday in Cape Town. The response time and support received has been next level and something that all SA companies should take note of. Will definitely be doing business here again as the quality of the product is one thing but it's the customer service service for me that is beyond exceptional.

The best service I received from any company in a very long time. I submitted my order on a Saturday afternoon, and within less than 30minutes I received e-mail from Lebo confirming.
From there they send me e-mails updating me as to what the status of my order.
Even with the couriers, excellent service. I received e-mail 8am and by 11am I received my parcel in KZN.
Highly recommend this company
