Was so looking forward to this experience, the first time trying out this particular del forno .. most of the things we ordered were great however a friend that ordered the steak dish got violently ill from food poisoning which soured the entire experience.. it's a shame cause I definitely would have went back. The waiter was also super friendly.

Great staff and service as well. You'll also enjoy the food. They actually have a great set of specials as well, Pizza - Buy One Get One Free everyday, Date Night mid week, three course special for two people with a bunch of options to pick from, and the breakfast special at an unreal price. Oh I almost forgot about the Burger and Beer special, trust me these guys know how to give very good value and service for your buck...

Nothing new here. If you know Del Forno's now legendary high quality standards. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Even better value. Something really, really special in those eggs, if you get the breakfast. You can't go wrong with their pizza and pasta either!

Absolutely fantastic service from the manager to the waiters. They were super friendly and assisted me in a special birthday surprise for my lady. The food was delicious and they make a hell of a Steelworks. Top tier right here

We had a very nice experience at Del Forno sunninghill. We had pizza n pasta which was very delicious. It has a very cozy n nice ambience. Perfect for family dinners. My kid loved the pizza.

From the previous reviews, I think I see a pattern emerge. Great review if you sit down. Really bad if you order.

I ordered the sirloin steak roll for R77. In the pics I place a tablespoon for scale. Didn't have any of the garnish mentioned in the menu. Just some lettuce, a tomato and some mayo. Steak was rock hard.

Difficult to complain after the fact I guess.
