Service is pretty quick. Freshness questionable at times but most of the time good. OJ is always a win.

My only gripe is that they still can't make milkshakes in the decade that they've been there because the machine is broken and they prefer to not get it fixed and rather serve people super sweet beverages that cause diabetes. This what was relayed to me by staff.

I'll be honest I don't know why I keep going back. The burgers are flat and tastless and they use ketchup to to try to cover it... I'm the problem in this relationship, I keep expecting the TV burger to come to life but alas... the fries are amazing though can't lie, and that tank of coke always slaps! But as for those burgers, at this point we're just eating for the name.

What a bad experience from the cashier and her manager firstly was kept idling for more than 5 mins at the pay point not notified what was happening
Later on cashier gave back my R200 not and asked if I had R50 not as my purchase value was R47.00 to which I gave to her
Still the question built up with me still kept by the cashier drive thru window another more 10mins then was told R50 old note is not allowed in their shop I must give back my R200 not again to which I refused and asked for the shift manager to to come after which he never spoke to me just took the R50 note from the cashier went back inside without a word to me
Another 5mins gone that's when he came back cashier cashed my money got my slip to proceed with my change. Ko apology from the manager just turned his back on me so I called him and explained exactly how incapacitated he was as he should have greeted and explained the details of the hold up
Purely taken for a ride for being a customer at your shop by your staff how many more go thru this humiliation for no apparent reasons

Forgot to cheeseburger on my order in the drive through. Phoned the helpline and they rectified the situation almost immediately, even followed up to check if it was delivered. Great service.

Great Mc D's, nice and friendly staff, efficient kitchen pushing out orders.

Drive thru line can get a bit long at peak hours.

I wish there was a zero rating for this outlet today!!!!
We drove in here this morning but the roads are so badly demarcated we entered the drive through the wrong way and missed the intercom - the woman at the window REFUSED to sell me a coffee and a toy and insisted I had to go around the drive through again in order for her to help - what???? Is this normal behavior or did I just encounter the school monitor of Mac Donald’s guess what we did? Went to Wimpy thanks for nothing Mac ds

Very bad, ordered a Coffee and ???? special and it was of very poor quality. The coffee was tasteless and the Doghnut just tasted like normal dough

It was just a bad experience and I bought x4 of that specials. The coffee was very weak tastes like water.
